MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Well, we attempted Christmas Eve service again with Hudson, this time it was a little bit more difficult. They had a special service for families...it last a little too long (an hour and a half) for Hudson to sit through but Jason and I took turns walking around with him. On Christmas morning, sweet little Hudson just didn't know what to do, there was so much going on this year on Christmas morning. I think he was a little overwhelmed with all the people, all the toys, just everything in general!! It was a great Christmas morning. Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Trey came over for breakfast then we had a "lupper" a little later in the afternoon at Grandma and Grandpa's house. All in all, it was a great Christmas morning!

We tried for some photos before and after church...someone just was too wired knowing Santa was coming!!

He really wanted to open a present

Our sweet Dixie

Major cuteness!

"Just let me open this one present and no one gets hurt!"

Everything is ready for Christmas morning

He was a little unsure

Slowly coming out...

I think he was still a little asleep!

He eventually saw what all was around for him

And jumped right in...

I think the truck was a hit!

Lounging on his couch like his mommy used to!

He's loving his ball pit too!

Not too impressed with clothes...

But still gave momma a show

Oh look...two peas in a pod, neither one know how to keep their eyes open for a photo!

Much better!!!

Got a big truck from Uncle Trey

And took a stroll in Uncle Trey's shoes...

Did a little reading for everyone...

Helping pick things up, such a good lil' helper!

Merry Christmas!!

Sweet kisses for mo-mo Sarah

Daddy crashed...

Merry Christmas from the James family to yours! Hope your day was filled with as much joy as ours was!

Bridge City Christmas

We made the trip to Bridge City for Christmas with Jason's family. Hudson was a little bit more fun this year, he actually wants to open presents.

These kiddos were pretty content watching cartoons

Cousin Chloe was trying to help Hudson get to his stocking

She just took things out and handed them to him since he didn't quite understand that concept yet

Seemed like the toys were a hit...

Now it's time to open presents!!

Fun CD player...I think it's a hit!

And a Mickey Mouse chair!!!

Oh yea, this is going to work just fine...

Mommy got a candy machine from daddy!

And a fun towel from Aunt Jaclyn

Cousin Chloe like her gift

Kisses for mommy!!

All tuckered out from presents

The chair was definitely a hit though!!

GREAT Christmas with the James side of the family.

Santa's Wonderland

For the past couple of years we have been able to go to Santa's Wonderland for free one night. They always have some Law Enforcement appreciation nights and this was a little bit more fun for Hudson. We picked a night that worked well for the "Friday Lunch Club" and all went as a group. We had already been to Santa's Wonderland once this year, so Hudson knew what to expect and actually looked at the lights this time.

We had gone and bought Hudson a new had to better cover his ears...I don't think he was too keen on this hat though...

Mommy and Daddy sure did like it though!

And we wore our new police jacket that Hudson's nana made for him

Photo bomb Rhonda in the back...

Sweet smiles from my lil man...there's just something about it that melts my heart so much!

Love these two guys to pieces!!!

Until next year...
